Returns are accepted only if you received a product in damaged condition. In this case you are required to contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:
- Order number along with your name and shipping address.
- Pictures showing the damage.
- Detailed description of the damage.
We reserve the right to determine if the alleged damage to the product qualifies for a refund. If it does, you will be provided with instructions to return the product. Refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the product back from you. Refund will not include shipping charges (back and forth).
